Reviewer Terms
For People Invited to Assess an Idea
You've been invited to review someone's idea on Ainna and give your honest assessment. These terms are short by design. They cover the essentials: you're here to give feedback, what you see is confidential, the idea isn't yours, and your opinion is given in good faith without any guarantee. Please read them before you begin.
1. Who These Terms Are For
You're an external reviewer
Someone using Ainna has invited you to review an idea and give your assessment. Ainna calls this the Panel, and it calls you a Panelist or Reviewer; these terms use "Reviewer" for you and "Inviter" for the person or organization that invited you.
You are external to the Inviter's account. Whether the Inviter is an individual, a team, or a company, you are not part of their account, and reviewing an idea does not make you part of it. These terms apply to you whether or not you have your own Ainna account, and most Reviewers don't need one.
Ainna is operated by Innovation Mode Limited ("Ainna," "we," "us"). By opening the invitation and starting your review, you agree to these Reviewer Terms. If you don't agree, simply don't take part.
These terms are deliberately short. They sit alongside our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to your limited use of Ainna as a Reviewer; where anything here differs from the Terms of Service on the subject of your review, these Reviewer Terms apply.

2. What You're Doing Here
Reviewing one idea, on purpose
2.1 One Idea, by Choice
You've been invited to assess one specific idea (an "Opportunity") and give your feedback, typically as scores and written comments. You're doing this deliberately and voluntarily. You can decline, and you can stop at any time before you submit. If anything in what you're shown is offensive, inappropriate, or makes you uncomfortable, you don't have to continue, and you can report it to us (see Section 6.5).
2.2 What You Can See
You can see only the Opportunity you were invited to assess, and only what the Inviter has chosen to share with you for that purpose. You get no other access to the Inviter's account, workspace, or other ideas.
2.3 Honest Feedback
The value of your review is your independent, honest judgment. Give your real assessment; the Inviter has asked you precisely because they trust your view.

3. Keep It Confidential
The idea you're reviewing isn't public
3.1 It's Confidential
The idea and everything you see while reviewing it are the Inviter's confidential information. Treat them as private.
3.2 What You Agree To
You agree to use what you see only to give your assessment, and not to copy it, share it, disclose it to anyone else, or use it for your own or anyone else's benefit. When your review is done, please don't retain copies.
3.3 Don't Forward Your Invitation
The invitation and any link in it are meant for you. Please don't forward or share them, since anyone who receives the link may be able to access the Inviter's confidential idea.
3.4 Who Can Enforce This
You make this confidentiality commitment to us, and the Inviter is entitled to rely on and enforce it directly as well. In other words, if you disclose or misuse what you were shown, both we and the Inviter may act on it.
3.5 Common-Sense Limits
This doesn't cover information that is already public through no fault of yours, that you already lawfully knew, or that you're required to disclose by law (in which case, tell the Inviter first if you're allowed to).

4. The Idea Isn't Yours, and Your Feedback Is Freely Given
No ownership, no strings
4.1 The Idea Isn't Yours
The idea you're reviewing, and everything built on it, belongs to the Inviter (or whoever they got it from). Reviewing it gives you no ownership, no stake, and no rights in it. You acknowledge you're not a co-creator or contributor to the idea itself.
4.2 Your Feedback
Your scores and comments are your honest opinion, and you're giving them so the Inviter can use them. You agree the Inviter may use, keep, and act on your feedback as part of their work on the Opportunity, without owing you ownership, payment, credit, or attribution, unless you and the Inviter separately agree otherwise.
4.3 No Expectation in Return
Unless the Inviter has agreed something with you directly, you're taking part as a favor or courtesy, with no expectation of payment, equity, or any other benefit from us or the Inviter.

5. Your Opinion Is Given in Good Faith
You're a trusted voice, not a guarantor
5.1 It's an Opinion
Your assessment is your honest opinion based on what you were shown. You're not acting as a professional adviser to the Inviter through this review, and you don't guarantee that your assessment is complete or correct.
5.2 The Decision Is Theirs
The Inviter decides what to do with their idea. Your review is one input into their judgment, not a decision, and you're not responsible for the choices they make after reading it.
5.3 No Liability for Your Good-Faith Review
Provided you act honestly and in good faith, you aren't liable to the Inviter or to us for the opinion you give or for how the Inviter uses it. This doesn't excuse breaking your confidentiality commitment in Section 3.

6. A Few Basics
Conduct, your data, and ending your review
6.1 Play Fair
Don't misuse the Service while reviewing: no trying to access anything beyond the Opportunity you were invited to, no interfering with the platform, and no using the review to contact the Inviter for unrelated purposes they haven't invited.
6.2 Your Data
To run the review, we process limited personal data about you, principally your name and email address (given to us by the Inviter so we could invite you) and the feedback you submit. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Your feedback is shared with the Inviter, which is the whole point of taking part.
6.3 Ending Your Review
You can stop before submitting and take no further part. Once you submit your feedback, the Inviter may keep and use it as described in Section 4. If you have a concern about a review you've given, contact us.
6.4 AI Note
Some of what you see may itself be AI-generated by Ainna, and like all AI it can be wrong. That's part of why your human judgment is valuable here.
6.5 Reporting a Concern
If something you're shown is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate, please tell us. Email support@ainna.ai with the reference shown in your invitation email and a short note about the issue, and we'll look into it. The content you review comes from the person who invited you, not from us; reporting it helps us act on misuse.

7. General
The small print, kept small
7.1 Governing Law
These Reviewer Terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, in line with our Terms of Service. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
7.2 Changes
We may update these Reviewer Terms; the version you accept when you start a review is the one that applies to that review.
7.3 The Rest
Our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to your use of Ainna as a Reviewer, to the extent relevant. These Reviewer Terms take priority on the specific subject of your review.
