What is The Innovation Mode methodology?
The Innovation Mode is a proprietary strategic framework developed over 20+ years of product innovation consulting and digital product development. It's the methodology behind how experienced product leaders frame opportunities, assess potential, and build conviction around what's worth pursuing.

Who owns what Ainna generates?
Your content is yours. 100%.
The ideas, strategies, and substance within your outputs belong entirely to you. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
You're free to use, modify, and share your outputs for your own business purposes—investor pitches, internal presentations, stakeholder alignment. Teams within your organization may reuse outputs as templates for future internal work.
However, the underlying structure, frameworks, and methodology embedded in Ainna's outputs remain proprietary to The Innovation Mode. Extracting, rebranding, or reselling these structures as templates, frameworks, or deliverables for third parties is not permitted.

Are my ideas and product concepts safe with Ainna?
Yes. Your ideas stay yours alone.
We know you're trusting us with sensitive, competitive information—product strategies, market insights, early-stage concepts. Ainna was built with this responsibility in mind:
• Your content is never shared with other users
• Your outputs are never used to improve results for anyone else
• We do not train AI models on your data
• All data is encrypted at rest and in transit
• You can delete everything at any time—permanent, hard deletion with no backups retained
Ainna forgets on purpose. Your competitive advantage stays with you.
Do you use my data to train your AI?
No. Never.
This is one of our core commitments. We do not use your inputs—your ideas, product concepts, conversations—or your outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models.
Your data is processed to generate your outputs. That's it. It's never fed into training pipelines, never shared with third parties for AI training, and never used to improve results for other users.
We use AI infrastructure providers whose API terms explicitly exclude customer data from model training. Your content passes through, it doesn't stay.

Can I reuse my outputs as templates?
Yes—within your organization.
Once you download your outputs, you and your team can reuse them freely for internal purposes. Many users:
• Use their first pitch deck as a starting point for future products
• Adapt PRD structures across different initiatives
• Establish document standards across their product org
• Build a library of reusable internal frameworks
You're not paying for a one-time output—you're building assets your organization can leverage again and again.
One note: the underlying structure and methodology embedded in Ainna's outputs remain proprietary. Repackaging or reselling these frameworks to third parties as templates or deliverables is not permitted. Agencies and consultancies should contact us about commercial licensing.
How do you protect my data?
Security is foundational to how we built Ainna:
• Encryption everywhere — Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
• EU data residency — All data is hosted in European data centres, subject to GDPR and EU data protection standards
• No passwords stored — We use secure OAuth authentication, so we never see or store your credentials
• Minimal data retention — We keep only what's needed and delete on request with no backups retained
We host on enterprise-grade infrastructure trusted by Fortune 500 companies. Your sensitive product strategies deserve that level of protection.

How long do you keep my data?
Ainna is designed to forget. We retain only what's needed, for as long as it's useful:
• 180-day auto-delete — Your conversations and outputs are automatically deleted 180 days after your last interaction with that project. We'll email you 30 days and 7 days before deletion, so nothing disappears unexpectedly.
• Downloaded outputs — Once downloaded, the copy on our servers follows the same 180-day schedule. Your downloaded files are yours forever.
• Export anytime — With one click, export your entire workspace—all active projects, conversations, and outputs. Your data, portable and complete.
• Account data — Basic account information is retained while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of account closure. We retain only anonymized usage statistics for service improvement.
• Delete anytime — You can permanently delete any project or your entire account at any time. Hard deletion, no backups.

Can I delete all my data?
Yes. Instantly. No questions asked.
You have full control:
• Delete individual projects — Remove any conversation or output from your workspace with one click
• Delete everything — Wipe your entire workspace instantly from your account settings
• Close your account — All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of closure
When you delete, we mean it. Hard deletion from active systems—no backups retained, no recovery possible. Your data is gone.

Do you monetize my data?
No. You pay for strategic clarity and ready-to-use outputs. That's our business model.
No ads. No data sales. No hidden monetization. Your product strategies are far too valuable to be treated as inventory.
We built Ainna for Product Managers who handle sensitive, competitive information. A business model that exploits that trust was never an option.
Is Ainna GDPR compliant?
Yes. Ainna is built and operated by Innovation Mode Limited, registered in Ireland and subject to oversight by the Irish Data Protection Commission.
We've built GDPR compliance into how Ainna works—not as an afterthought, but by design. EU data residency, minimal data retention, hard deletion, and full user control are core to the platform.
Your rights under GDPR include access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection to processing—all exercisable directly from your account or by contacting us.

How much does Ainna cost?
Ainna offers several ways to access the platform:
Flexible — Start free. The core experience is available at no cost, with optional bundles for additional Product Pack generations and extended chat usage as you need them. Pay for what you use, when you use it.
Subscription — For Product Managers with ongoing needs. Includes a monthly allocation of Product Pack generations, higher usage limits, and access to premium features. Best value for active users.
Corporate — For product teams and organizations. Everything in Subscription, plus collaboration features, team management, and dedicated support.
Agency — For consultancies and agencies using Ainna for client work. Custom pricing and licensing terms designed for commercial use.

Can I try Ainna for free?
Actually, the essential features are free forever.
No trial period. No credit card required. Explore opportunity discovery, frame your ideas, and experience the methodology—all within generous usage limits.
When you're ready to generate your Product Pack or need higher limits, you can purchase a bundle or subscribe. Or invite colleagues—our referral program rewards you with additional credits.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Need to pay by invoice? Contact us for corporate billing options.
What's your refund policy?
Our policy is simple and fair:
• Before generation — Full refund, no questions asked
• After generation, before download — We'll work with you on regeneration or credit
• After download — No refunds, as you retain full ownership and perpetual use rights
• Technical failures — If something breaks on our end, we'll make it right with a refund or credit
• Subscriptions — Cancel anytime. No lock-ins, no penalties. Your subscription continues until the end of your billing period

Do purchased credits expire?
No. Product Pack credits never expire.
Use them when you're ready—whether that's tomorrow or next year. Your credits remain available as long as your account is active.
Obviously, if you close your account or it's suspended, unused credits won't carry over—but that's the only scenario where you'd lose them.
Can I expense Ainna?
Yes. Most individual packages fall under typical expense approval limits—no procurement process required.
We provide proper invoices with VAT details for all purchases. Need specific invoice formatting for your expense system? Contact billing@ainna.ai.
How do I create an account?
Quick and simple:

We use LinkedIn because our users are product professionals. No passwords to create or remember, and we never see your LinkedIn credentials.
Arrived via a referral link? Your bonus credits will be applied automatically once you sign up.
How does the referral program work?
Share Ainna, earn credits. Simple as that.
Every Ainna user gets a unique referral link. When someone signs up using your link:
• They get bonus Product Pack credits to get started
• You get credits added to your account when they make their first purchase
There's no limit to how many people you can refer. The more colleagues you bring in, the more you earn.

How long does it take to generate a Product Pack?
About 60 seconds.
The real time investment is the strategic conversation—typically a few minutes to explore and assess your opportunity. Once you're ready, Product Pack generation takes about a minute. Subscribers get priority processing.
For context: the same deliverables would traditionally take 40-120 hours to produce manually.
What file formats are included?
Your Product Pack is delivered in standard, editable formats—PowerPoint (.pptx) and Word (.docx)—compatible with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Apple iWork, and other common applications.
All presentations include contextual images relevant to your product and market. No placeholder graphics or generic stock photos.
Everything is fully editable. Customise, rebrand, and make them your own.
Can I add my company logo and branding?
Yes. Your Product Pack is generated with your branding, not ours.
Upload your company logo and details, and they're applied automatically across your pitch deck, one-pagers, and other outputs. You can also add your professional signature or team tagline to appear on document covers.
The result looks like something your team created—because it's yours.
Users can edit, save, and reuse brand settings across projects, ensuring consistent, professional outputs every time.
Can I edit the generated outputs?
Yes—fully. Your Product Pack is delivered in editable formats, not locked PDFs.
Add slides, revise projections, swap images, adjust layouts, refine the narrative—whatever you need. The outputs are yours to shape.
Think of Ainna as your strategic starting point. The methodology gets you 95% there. You add the final 5% that makes it unmistakably yours.
Can I trust what Ainna generates?

Ainna combines the most advanced AI models available with proprietary strategic frameworks, structured guardrails, and The Innovation Mode methodology. The result is output that's strategically coherent, professionally structured, and built on 20+ years of product innovation expertise.
That said, you're the product expert. AI-generated content—especially market sizing, financial projections, and competitive details—should be reviewed before presenting to stakeholders. Treat Ainna's outputs as a powerful head start, not a finished product.
Your judgment, your context, your final call. Ainna accelerates the work; you own the result.
Can I work on multiple product ideas?
Yes—explore as many opportunities as you need.
Each idea lives in its own workspace with separate conversation history and assessment. Work on one, pause, switch to another—Ainna keeps track.
When you're ready to generate a Product Pack, each credit applies to one idea. Subscribers get a monthly allocation to use across their entire portfolio.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Easy. No hoops, no friction.
Go to Account Settings → Billing and click Cancel Subscription. That's it. You can also email support@ainna.ai if you prefer.
Your subscription access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier—you keep full access to all your existing ideas and content, and can continue using Ainna with optional bundles as needed.
No data lost. No lock-out. Resubscribe anytime.
How do I delete my account?
Your choice, made simple—but deliberate.
Go to Account Settings → My Account and click Close Account. You'll be asked to confirm this action to prevent accidental deletion.
Before closing, make sure to export or download anything you want to keep. Once confirmed, all your ideas, conversations, and outputs are permanently deleted—hard deletion, no backups, no recovery possible.
We retain only basic account creation and billing records as required for legal and financial purposes. Everything else is gone, forever.
Any outputs you've already downloaded remain yours. Closing your account doesn't affect files on your device.
If you're leaving Ainna entirely, we'd genuinely appreciate knowing why—but it's entirely optional.
Can I change my email address?
Not yet—but it's coming.
Currently, your Ainna account is linked to your LinkedIn profile, and we use the email address associated with your LinkedIn account.
We're building additional account management features, including support for multiple email addresses. These will be available soon.
In the meantime, if you need to update your email for billing purposes, contact support@ainna.ai.
What happens if my account is inactive?
We'll always give you fair warning.
If your account has no activity for 12 consecutive months, we'll reach out by email. You'll have 30 days to log in and keep your account active. If we don't hear from you, we may close the account and delete associated data.
Remember: individual project data is automatically deleted after 180 days of inactivity—we'll notify you before that happens too.
Subscribers are unaffected by inactivity policies. And any outputs you've already downloaded are yours forever, regardless of account status.
What browsers does Ainna support?
Ainna works on all modern browsers—Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. For the best experience, use a desktop or laptop. Mobile works, but the platform is optimised for larger screens.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. Ainna is a web-based platform optimised for desktop, where strategic product work typically happens.
You can access Ainna from any modern browser, but the experience is built for larger screens. Mobile apps may come based on user demand.
Why do you use LinkedIn for authentication?
Built for professionals. Authenticated like one.
Our users are Product Managers and business professionals—LinkedIn is where you already are. No new passwords to create or remember, and we never see your credentials.
We only receive basic profile information: name, email, and profile picture. We don't access your connections, posts, or activity.
Do you offer API access?
No public APIs at the moment.
